It's been a long time...

... since i blogged.
... since i twitted.
... since i last touched a guitar.
... since i last played the drum.
... since i last went to a bar or a club.
... since i met with my buddies back in M'sia.

I need to get a life... seriously!
=(

Had to be honest here... had been losing my mojo to blog recently. Probably because life here in Hanoi is getting really boring for me. Damn, no pubs, no clubs, no cybercafes... heck i can't even read and speak Vietnamese!

Honestly... i feel dumb at times. Felt like an illiterate. I can't even order food off the menu if they take my order in Vietnamese. I have tried real hard to pick up their language, at least the very basic. But sad to say, i have no interest at all. I find their language hard to learn (especially with the 6 different tones for an alphabet), unconventional, non-logical, cheeky, and sounds damn rude at times! Urgh... i just can't stand it. >.<

Hence, most of the time i'm just stuck at home... reading online books, playing online games, chatting online, and watching Korean dramas (thank God for the Korean channels available on my cable tv!)

Anyways...

촉하 해요 평창!
I know it's been 4 days already... but heck, i couldn't be happier for South Korea for winning the 2018 Winter Olympic bid! Wanted to blog about this on the day that they announced the winner of the bid... but can't seem to find the "oomph" to blog.

By the way, i watched it live over here ^^... alongside with 50 million South Koreans worldwide! Gosh was it a joyous occasion to see them win. Finally after 10 years of perseverance... losing 2 times doesn't stop this bunch! I am so envious of their determination and dedication to bring good to their country. Look at the support from the locals... 95% is ridiculous! Seems like everyone wants South Korea to host the Games! Even president Lee Myung Bak is there to support!!

2018... South Korea, here i come!!! (Maybe by that time i'm a permanent resident there... nyek nyek nyek...)
