As we all know (and went thru in our life), we had taken an utterly pointless examination called Penilaian Menengah Rendah (aka PMR) in the good old days. It's a known fact at that time, that we dun need that dumb examination... and yet, it took our beloved Education Ministry a billion years to realize it. So yeah, they are scraping that stupid "national exam" now and made it a "school based" examination instead. WTH?!
